We’ve recently completed work on Phase 1 of a 10-unit SRO with Commonwealth Land Trust. The former carriage house received structural modifications, interior reconfiguration, new interior finishes, kitchens and baths, MEP systems, accessibility upgrades, and exterior envelope renovation. It will provide residence for 10 who are transitioning out of homelessness.
Work on Phase 2, the “Main House,” is expected to begin in January 2025, and will provide 16 units of housing.
