Joy Squared Design was hired transform an existing space into a Family Childcare Incubator, in which Nurtury Early Education will provide training and services to independent childcare providers in order to empower them to grow their business to a place of independence.
The space has three independent classrooms for three different childcare providers, as well as shared space to encourage community building while accessing shared supplies, equipment, and support. Each classroom has large windows, bringing copious natural light into the spaces, and uses color playfully for identity and wayfinding.
