My favorite artist:
Patrick Droney – mix of pop, rock, blues, and soul.

Favorite day in Boston:
I’m a mom of two so my favorite day is kid leaning but I still love it all. A summer day spent in the North End – a ride on the Greenway carousel, playground + sandbox at Columbus Park on the waterfront, picnic + fountain play on the Greenway, and cannolis from Bova’s Bakery.

What brings you joy?
Many things, but, lately, I’ve been very aware of the good people I’m surrounded by. Those that cheer one another on and help one another in the big and small ways. Recently, I was amongst friends and one shared some news – it was met with a chorus of excitement – “Oh my gosh, that’s great!” “Amazing” “Yes! Finally!”- which took her aback (in a good way). It wasn’t life altering, grand news but it was a good thing. We’d been alongside her to get to this point for months. It was important. She is important. This kind of life-giving friendship is a constant source of joy.

“What a rare, precious gift it is to have someone bear witness to our lives, to troll us, to hold our joys, pains, and boring stories. Friendship is a miracle we get to give and receive.” – Kate Bowler

When I’m not working, you can find me…
baking – most often, cakes; hanging with my husband, 2 boys and Goldendoodle, Maverick (named for an Eastie Blue Line stop, not the movie); and helping out at my kids’ elementary school.
