This 1892 landmark Brookline residence was rehabilitated to create affordable lodging units for Pine Street Inn.
The spaces were designed to preserve the character and fabric of the original building. Key elements such as original slate roofing, wood, and stained glass windows were restored. Wheelchair accessibility is integrated into the exterior facade with a barrel vault roofed wheelchair lift enclosure that complements the historic arched entrance.
